Park Conditions

The price includes:

• Bed linen and beds made for the number of people booked
• Free WIFI for multiple devices

Important house rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• Hand and kitchen towels can be booked in addition
• For a fee you can use various facilities of the MultiFuntcioneelCentrum (MFC), for opening hours and prices please visit their website www.mfcburdaard.nl.
• Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
• For group accommodations (homes for 10 people), the minimum age of the main booker is 25. The rest of the group must be at least 21 years old.
• The park reserves the right to charge a deposit of € 300.00 per traveling party. Any damage to the property or caused by nuisance may be deducted from the deposit. Refusal to pay this deposit voids your rights to stay without refund on your already paid monies.
• For other reservations, the minimum age is 21 years. Families and families with children are allowed. An additional deposit may be charged based on group composition
• Business reservations are allowed for a maximum period of 14 consecutive nights, with a mandatory weekly cleaning in between, which will be charged after making the booking. A maximum of one person per bedroom is required.
• Long-term rentals are possible, please contact the reservation department directly to discuss conditions and possibilities.
