Important house rules:
- Pets are not allowed
- Hand and kitchen towels can be booked in addition
- For a fee you can use various facilities of the MultiFuntcioneelCentrum (MFC), for opening hours and prices please visit their website www.mfcburdaard.nl.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- For group accommodations (homes for 10 people), the minimum age of the main booker is 25. The rest of the group must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge an (additional) deposit of up to € 250.00 per person. Any damage to the property or caused by nuisance may be deducted from the deposit. Refusal to pay this deposit voids your right to stay without a refund of the amount you have already paid.
- For other reservations, the minimum age is 21 years. Families and families with children are allowed.
- An additional deposit may be charged based on group composition
- Business reservations are allowed for a maximum period of 14 consecutive nights, with a mandatory weekly cleaning in between, which will be charged after making the booking. A maximum of one person per bedroom is required.
- Long-term rentals are possible, please contact the reservation department directly to discuss conditions and possibilities.
