Waterdorp Burdaard offers modern waterside villas for 4, 6, and 10 persons, all fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Yes, all villas feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and a private terrace.

Yes, parking is available close to the accommodation for your convenience.

For most reservations, the minimum age of the main booker is 21 years. For group accommodations (10-person villas), the minimum age is 25 years.

No, pets are not allowed at Waterdorp Burdaard.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 18:00. Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure.

On the day of arrival, you will receive a text message with the code for the key safe, which is located near the front door of the accommodation.

Some navigation systems do not recognize our street. In that case, please follow Ruurd Wiersmapaad to reach Waterdorp Burdaard.

Booking and Reservations

You can make a booking directly through our website. Select your arrival and departure dates, choose a villa, and complete the booking online. The process is secure, and confirmation is sent by email immediately.

Payment details are required to complete a booking. Available payment methods are shown during the booking process.

Yes, last-minute bookings are possible as long as availability allows. If you plan to arrive on the same day, we recommend contacting us directly.

Yes, once your booking and payment are completed, you will receive an instant confirmation email.

Facilities

Waterdorp Burdaard is a small-scale park focused on peace and tranquility. For additional facilities, guests can use the nearby Multi Functioneel Centrum (MFC) for a fee.

General Information

Personal data is only used to process your booking and provide our services. Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy policy.

Yes, all online payments are processed via secure, encrypted systems.

No, parties and youth groups are not permitted at the park.

Business reservations are allowed for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights, with mandatory weekly cleaning charged after booking.

Yes, long-term rentals are possible. Please contact our customer support team to discuss conditions and availability.

You can subscribe to the newsletter on our homepage. To unsubscribe, simply click the link located at the bottom of every newsletter you receive.

We send the newsletter several times a month, but it may take a little while before you receive your first one. If you still haven't received anything after a reasonable amount of time, there might be a system error. Please contact us if this happens.

Payment

Payments are made online during the booking process using the available payment methods shown on our website.

A deposit may be required depending on the accommodation type and group composition. The park reserves the right to charge an additional deposit of up to €250 per person.

If applicable, the deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damage or nuisance has occurred during your stay.

Yes, an invoice can be requested after completing your booking. Please contact our customer support team.
